Diane Campanile is the Chief HR Consultant for People-Dynamics, LLC. She has more than 25 years’ experience in Human Resources and Employer Compliance, and is a recipient of the HR Champion Award by Delaware Business Times. Campanile received her formal education from West Chester University and The Wharton School of
Business. Her credentials include Senior Certified Professional (SHRMSCP), certified in People Analytics (Wharton School of Business), certified as a HIPAA Master (National Associate Health Underwriters- NAHU), certified as a Title IX Investigator (Tulane University Law School) and is enrolled in the Juris Master (JM) of Labor and Employment Law program at Tulane University Law School.
She and her team of certified professionals (SHRM/HRCI) continue to provide consultative services to local and national clients. The team's scope of services includes Regulatory Compliance (Federal/State) guidance, Employee and Management Training, Human Resources team development and interim support.
Katherine Witherspoon Fry, Principal
Katherine is a principal attorney in the Wilmington, Delaware office of Offit Kurman, a regional law firm of over 250 attorneys. She brings over 25 years’ experience in employment law to her clients as a litigator, advisor, and mediator. She provides businesses with practical counsel needed to manage a productive workforce and mitigate liability. Katherine also counsels executives on employment and severance agreements.
She is an adjunct professor at the University of Delaware Lerner School of Business and a Delaware Supreme Court appointed hearing officer. Katherine has litigated cases nationwide, including cases in the U.S. Supreme Court.
